When does the hourly rate start?
It starts from the time our chauffeur leaves our closest base in Palo Alto, Elk Grove, Lake Forrest or San Jose and ends at your final destination.

What vehicles do you offer for hire?
Our Vintage Fleet includes a 1950 & 1952 Rolls Royce Silver Wraith, four Rolls Royce Bentley’s, three Rolls Royce Silver Cloud’s, a 1980 Silver Spur and a 1969 Rolls Royce Corniche Convertible. Vintage Limo’s

Are there any additional fees?
We charge a 22% chauffeur fee, 8% PUC fee, 8% license fee and a $50.00 refueling charge.

What is your cancellation policy?
Once we reserve the vehicle for your exclusive use, we cannot market that vehicle to anyone else, thus we do not offer refunds. We will issue a gift certificate, for the full value of your payment, for your use in the future.

Can we drive the cars ourselves?
As our name relates, we are not a specialty car rental agency, but a professional limousine service. Our insurance company will not allow anyone other than the professional chauffeurs to drive the vehicles.

Are you registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles or the Public Utilities Commission?
Rollz Royce Limousine Service is a fully licensed livery service with California’s Public Utilities Commission TCP15200 and participates in the DMV's Drug Screening Pull Program.

How are your chauffeurs dressed?
Our chauffeurs are dressed in black British period uniforms and chauffeur hats.

Do you have a minimum number of hours?
Yes, our minimum is 4 hours for a tour, 2 hours for a one-way transfer.

Can we book your vehicles for less than 4 hours?
